Faleiro, through its JV arm F/THI, and their partnership with the Technologico de Monterrey (ITESM), have brought three new companies into the jointly developed international commercialization program at ITESM. Over the course of the next year, principals from F/THI will work with professors and students at ITESM to conduct an analysis of the equipment market for the oil industry, telematics, and gourmet food sectors in order to identify areas of potential opportunity for the companies. Initial market assessments will be presented to the companies in May. This will be followed by in-market field research over the summer months, and development of recommendations on strategic options and key requirements to be able to take advantage of specific market opportunities.
F/THI and ITESM accept three to four companies per year into the international commercialization program, which is supported by state and federal government agencies. This is the third year of the program.
