Having developed the original launch strategy and tactical implementation plan for the first generation of what was then built as an SAAS product nearly six years ago, Faleiro was re-engaged by the US arm of a European company to develop a targeted product launch plan for a new generation application to service a newly developing market. As a nascent target market, no data was available as to opportunity size or potential. Faleiro developed a model to assess market size, which was later validated by industry leaders. A subsequent tactical NPI plan was developed and prepared for implementation by the client.
